Kevin M. Davis is the founder and owner of Azaria Home Inspections LLC, providing commercial property inspection services throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. With a background of more than 20 years in multi-unit operations, compliance, and standards enforcement, Kevin brings a practical, real-world perspective to commercial property inspections. His leadership experience includes district supervision and general management, where he conducted thousands of operational inspections, enforced standards, and developed high-performing teams.
As a Certified Commercial Property Inspector (CCPI) with CCPIA, a Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI®) with InterNACHI®, and an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, Kevin combines hands-on experience with industry-leading training and technology, including thermal imaging and drone roof inspections. His approach is grounded in accuracy, integrity, and clear communication, giving clients the information they need to make confident decisions about their commercial properties.

Debra R. Davis brings more than a decade of corporate experience in business operations, legal support, compliance, client relations, mediation, and dispute resolution to Azaria Home Inspections LLC. Her background includes senior-level client service, executive relations, business analysis, and complex issue resolution.
At Azaria Home Inspections LLC, Debra supports the company’s compliance, client relations, and business operations. Her responsibilities include client communications, contract and documentation processes, scheduling coordination, compliance support, and issue escalation and resolution. She is committed to delivering organized, responsive, and professional service to every client.
Her education in business, criminal justice, and paralegal studies, combined with professional training in mediation and dispute resolution, brings an added level of operational discipline, risk awareness, and professionalism to Azaria Home Inspections LLC.

Karon Richardson brings extensive experience in operations, leadership, training, standards enforcement, and client service to Azaria Home Inspections LLC. Her background in general management and operations has given her practical experience conducting operational inspections, evaluating conditions, enforcing established standards, and maintaining consistency across facilities and teams.
Throughout her management career, Karon has trained and mentored employees and managers, coordinated day-to-day operations, resolved operational concerns, and worked to ensure facilities met established requirements. This experience gives her a practical understanding of commercial environments and the importance of organization, compliance, communication, and attention to detail.
As Commercial Operations & Field Services Manager, Karon supports inspection logistics, scheduling, on-site preparation, client communication, and field operations. Her operational background and customer-service experience provide valuable insight into the needs and expectations of commercial property clients.
