Commercial Inspection Training & Qualifications

Commercial inspection training supports evaluating accessible building systems and documenting observed conditions relevant to operations, safety, maintenance, and your intended use of the property.

My preparation includes CCPIA Commercial Property Inspection Field Training and training in HUD NSPIRE property-condition, health, and safety concerns relevant to multifamily and affordable-housing properties.

I have completed training in the CCPIA Commercial Standards of Practice (ComSOP) and ASTM E2018-24. A ComSOP inspection does not automatically include an ASTM Property Condition Assessment or lender-specific requirements.

Your signed proposal defines the inspection scope, limitations, report contents, and delivery timing. Cost-to-remedy estimates, useful-life observations, capital-planning services, and specialist reports are available only when expressly included in the agreed scope.

Tools Used

FLIR thermal imaging camera used to support visual property inspections.
DJI Mavic 3T thermal drone used for roof and elevated visual access when appropriate.
Tobor Hellcat Xtreme 20x Ultra-Zoom Robot | Optional Laser Range Finder for High-Altitude Asset & Power Line Inspection

Remote camera access supports observations in accessible crawlspaces. Use depends on conditions and the agreed scope.
